Race day is almost here. The annual Bay to Breakers race is taking place this Sunday, May 18^th and will begin as early as 8am. The race will start in downtown San Francisco at Howard and Main St. and will run west through the city to finish off at The Great Highway.

and Muni Reroutes will be in place beginning Saturday, May 17^th and will run through Sunday, May 18^th after race clean up. SFMTA encourages commuters to avoid areas impacted by the race. Please view the attached advisory for more information and kindly share with your tenants.

Bike to Wherever Days run for the entire month of May! Make sure to ride on Thursday, May 16th for the 30th Anniversary of Bay Area Bike to Work Day.

Give yourself or a loved one a special treat this Valentine’s Day as William Shakespeare says “Of all flowers, methinks a rose is best”. Therefore, stop by the Building Management Office in person next week Monday through Friday February 5th – 9th between 9 AM and 4 PM to have a chance to win a dozen roses! Only building tenants are eligible and we will need your name, the company you work for, and your company email. The winner will be notified Monday the 12th, with their roses to be picked up in person February 14th.

Please be advised that several transit agencies have recently released schedule changes to their systems. Transit schedule updates include:

• New Routes added to Golden Gate Transit, effective Sunday, January 14th
• Departure time adjustments on BART, effective Monday, January 15th
• Service adjustments on several Muni Routes, effective Saturday, January 20th
