Thank you to all who participated in our Valentine’s Day Raffle! We are pleased to announce that the winner was Hive Tenant, Kim Tse. We enjoyed seeing everyone come in the building management office, and hope you got to enjoy some yummy candy.
Give yourself or a loved one a special treat this Valentine’s Day as William Shakespeare says “Of all flowers, methinks a rose is best”. Therefore, stop by the Building Management Office in person next week Monday through Friday February 5th – 9th between 9 AM and 4 PM to have a chance to win a dozen roses! Only building tenants are eligible and we will need your name, the company you work for, and your company email. The winner will be notified Monday the 12th, with their roses to be picked up in person February 14th.

Please be advised that several transit agencies have recently released schedule changes to their systems. Transit schedule updates include:
- New Routes added to Golden Gate Transit, effective Sunday, January 14th
- Departure time adjustments on BART, effective Monday, January 15th
- Service adjustments on several Muni Routes, effective Saturday, January 20th

Please note the following Caltrain schedule changes:
To better align with Millbrae Caltrain/BART transfers, Caltrain will be implementing a new schedule which will be effective beginning Monday, September 25th. This change will effectively help provide faster local evening trains, and also increase Gilroy Service with another round-trip train during weekdays.

In addition please be advised that Trains 107, 108, 112,113,116,117,120,121,125, and 313 will not serve Tamien Station to facilitate the Guadalupe Bridge Rehabilitation Project.
Weekend service shutdowns will continue to be in effect through the end of 2023 for the Caltrain Electrification Construction Project.

Additional Fall Schedule Changes
Golden Gate Transit
Made Effective: September 11th, 2023
Golden Gate has made schedule changes which will last through January 13, 2024. Minor changes have been made to Routes 101,114, 132. Major changes have been made to Route 580 which will attempt to better align with BART at El Cerrito del Norte Station.
